Question about guild halls - Guild Wars Forums

Once you get a guild hall do you have to defend it? Is it required to defend it? We are a role playing only guild no PVP and we want to get a guild hall for us all to gather in but not if we have to defend it in PVP fights. We are getting real close to the 100k we need for a sigil but dont want to waste the money if we will be required to PVP defend our hall.

from what i understand use the stickies/search. But seriously, no you only use it for PvP if you are on the ladder, which means you organize a guild battle.

thank you we didnt want to waste out hard earned cash just to get wiped by a competitive guild.

i hope you interpreted that as "no you dont have to do PvP." Because thats what i meant.
